Simply dial an 800 telephone number and enter your security code. Your code secures the connection and gives you control of the call . You can even use the same conference number and security code as often as needed. SpeakSpace Reservationless Voice Conferencing is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
These days, it's the perfect meeting solution . You can make decisions, strategize ,and bring in key players without wasting time and money on travel. It also takes the place of a three-way (or more) call by allowing participants to dial in from any location. The line is clear and secure, unlike conference phones or alternative calling methods. Do I have to pay toll charges in addition to the usage charges? In the U.S., toll-free access for your participants is included in your rate. If you or your participants use the international dial-in number to access your conference, call charges will be billed by the caller's long distance carrier.

What if I forget my Security Code? Just call 1-866-257-1425 and advise the attendant that you forgot your Security Code. Is the conference bridge secure? Yes. It is secured by using the Moderator Security Code with the music on hold feature . Until the Moderator enters their security code, none of the participants are able to hear or speak. Once a moderator enters a conference, the music is turned off, and the moderator should begin addressing the participants. However, you have the option to turn this feature off. Can I change the number of ports myself? Yes. All SpeakSpace clients are provided online account access to manage all aspects of their audio and web conferencing services. If you do not know your account login user name and password, contact Customer Support at 866-257-1425, and an attendant will assist you. You may also e-mail us at: E-mail service@speakspace.com What happens if I have more participants than ports? On Demand accounts are automatically set up for 40 ports. Once all ports are utilized no one else is allowed on the call. However, if you are expecting more participants than available ports, you may contact us for a port increase. What if I need help when I am using SpeakSpace Voice Conferencing? To request an operator, dial *0 (star zero) for a private conversation. Is there any limit on the number of conferences I can have? No. However, only one conference call can be active per individual security code. We can provide additional account numbers should you anticipate needing more than one conference simultaneously. Can conference participants call from anywhere in the U.S.? Yes. Access can originate from all domestic locations (e.g., the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Marianas Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). What if I want to make changes to my moderator profile? To change account information or to update your moderator profile (email address, account options, etc.), please logon, or contact us at 1-866-257-1425. Can participants call from international locations? Yes, International participants will dial the LD number 216-685-1484 and follow the same prompts.
