International Callers may be connected four ways:

Toll Free / Free Phone Dial In: International Toll-Free to the U.S. is available in many countries. This is a toll-free dial-in service, and the connection to the meeting is billed at the regular rate plus the appropriate surcharge for each international connection.

Moderators Dial Out: Moderators can dial out and add any international participant to a conference call, using the *1 (star one) touch-tone command on their telephone key pad. Once they reach the international caller, press *2 to bring them into the conference. The Moderator also has the option to press *3, and will rejoin the conference without the called party.

Toll Dial In: International callers may connect to any conference with no additional surcharges by using a direct (toll) connection to the U.S. +1 216 685 1484. Their connections to the conference will be billed at the same rate as domestic U.S. callers. International participants will be billed separately for this toll connection to the U.S. through their local telephone provider.

Operators Dial Out: Upon request, we will coordinate one of our Operators to dial out from your conference call to any international number provided, and join the new participant to your conference. Operator assisted rates plus surcharges apply.
