Keypad (star*) Commands

• *0 = Operator assistance
• *1 = Dial-out to a participant
• *2 = Begin/end recording
• *5 = Mute or unmute all lines
• *6 = Mute/unmute - individual
• *7 = Lock/unlock conference
• *8 = Participant Roll Call

Recording & Playback

Record & Playback digitally records your Reservationless conference call for anyone who was unable to attend it live or would like to listen again. The recording can be accessed via a toll-free number, 24/7. Convenient and time saving, Record & Playback is one of our most popular features.

RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS

START A RESERVATIONLESS CONFERENCE

1. Give your Participants the date and time of the call, your Dial-In number and your Conference Code.
2. At the specified time, dial your Reservationless Dial-In number.
3. When prompted, enter your Moderator Security Code followed by #.

Participants join your conference by following steps 2 and 3 above, except they will enter the Participant Security Code

START A RECORDING

1. Once your conference begins, press *2 on your telephone keypad to start a recording.
2. When prompted, enter a unique reference number, followed by the # key. Press 1 to begin recording.
3. Your conference is being recorded as soon as you hear, "Conference recording is now on."

END A RECORDING

1. Press *2 to end your recording.
2. When prompted, press 1 to confirm that you would like the recording to end.
3. Your recording will end as soon as you hear, "Conference recording has stopped."

PLAYBACK INSTRUCTIONS

1. Caller dials into the SpeakSpace bridge (either 1-800-349-9121 or international toll free number).
2. Follow voice prompts to access conference by entering the appropriate conference security code (obtained by moderator of original call). Once you've reached the bridge/conference, press *3 to access the recording. You will then be asked to enter a conference file number (obtained by moderator of your original conference call), to access the appropriate playback.
3. You will be prompted to press 1 to begin playback. You will then be asked whether you want to skip any portion of the call, and press a corresponding number of minutes. (You should receive this information from your call moderator, but the caller may also use his discretion.) Press # key after entering number of minutes to skip or simply press # to begin listening to the entire recording.

It is important to listen to all prompts when accessing a recording. The main points to remember are that you must enter the call with the original conference security code and once you're on the bridge, press *3 to access playback, then enter the conference file number.

Your recorded conference is available for playback for a period of 30 days.
